Our Design Process
-
1
Pre-Design
In the Pre-Design phase, we begin to gather information. This is where we listen to our client's vision, needs, and desire to explore all potentials of the project. We then create 2D schematic drawings where we do a lot of brainstorming and narrow in on the form and function of the space.

2
Design Development
This phase consists of refining the 2D schematic design to develop more precise 3D drawings which illustrate the size and character of the project. If necessary, the selection of a general contractor should begin in this phase as it’s an important decision that will likely take longer than finding a contractor for a typical project.

Acoustic & Isolation Drawings
Our Studio Acoustics and/or Isolation Drawings illustrate the unique style of the project in detail to the Customer or General Contractor. This allows for properly detailed documentation of the acoustic treatment placement and/or sound isolation specifications.
